This specific location moves extremely slow during peak hours. The drive through is always backed up as is the inside even if you order ahead. Management really needs to hire a team that understands time management and have better organizational skills. Front counter lady on 6/3/26 at 9:52am seemed to be completely overwhelmed and wasn't really responsive to customers.

Aite niiiiiihhh yal boy need to tighten up on them fries... i ain know wha gwan on but biiiiih them thang ain't jumping out the gym like they used to early mid 2000's biiiih.... But I still luv me some MCDONALD'S THOU... I MISS THAT DOLLA MENU & THEM LARGE HI-C'S WHEN THEM LARGES WAS REALLY LARGES... I VIBE WITH YAL BOY BUT TIGHTEN BIIIIH... LUV THEM DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDERS YA HEARD... & WHAT HAPPEN TO SCRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE BO.... GRACIOUS.... 😆 🤣

Seems like this McDonald’s has been updated. The vibe was good. The staff were good. Everything seems to run smooth at this McDonald’s what I really like that the restaurant was clean and being cleaned as we were there. We got our food in a decent amount of time and it was hot . The drink machines area was clean not dirty and smelly.This McDonald’s has the new order stations,they have two. One thing I don’t like about this McDonald’s is that the driveway area in the front of the restaurant people block it and you cannot get through I had a hard time when I went that way trying to get out other than that. everything else was pretty cool.

Slow service, incorrect order, wrong items in Happy meals, items for delivered to curbside song took two trips to carry it inside. Order delivered too long after completion to curbside the food was not hot. My first and last visit to this McDonald's

The touch-screen ordering kiosks made ordering very easy--I really liked how I was able to exactly customize the order, down to how well done the burger was cooked. This was my first time dining in at a McDonald's and having someone deliver my meal to the table. That was a nice touch, although she didn't bring the extra ketchup I asked for. I would have given the food higher marks had the fries been fresher. There was some kind of smell in the bathroom that was like an electrical fire, and the staff ignored me when I informed them. A very average McDonald's experience.
