One star is actually nice. Look at my hashbrowns. Hardly cooked. I had to put them in my oven. Ordered 2 McGriddles and only got one. Yes I should’ve checked my food but I didn’t. So what. I should’ve just went to the Wendover location. Silly me for even going back to the Eastway location. Unacceptable!

You honestly can’t even make it up any more. I’ve been to this location multiple times, let me say, it’s always a disappointment. Really not sure what’s going on here but someone should definitely check on the people in the back. I’m really not even sure why they show up for work. From breakfast to everything else something’s always wrong with the order. Doesn’t matter if you go to the kiosk, order with a worker (human?), or through an app, they will get it wrong. They must’ve gotten confused with too many burgers tonight. I get it McDonald’s has tried to make it easy for them, the box or wrapper your item comes in literally says what the item is but why read? I’m not one to complain but enough is enough, how do you mess up a plain double cheeseburger (*QP)?!?!

Ringing the bell, waiting, multiple dashers out here at the door. It’s 21 degrees outside and I can see the food that needs to be delivered sitting right in my face. This is unacceptable. And to be honest quite unprofessional and rude! I mean are they inside waiting for there to be 20 orders on the counter. Just bring the food to the door jeez!

I usually grab food pretty late. This spot is always timely and the food is hot even at 1am. Shout out to the people who make that happen. One edit.. it says 24/7 but they are not open 24/7.

Ordered inside using the touchscreen kiosk. Food was fast. Place was clean. We got filet of fish and fries and took them back to Barts Mart. I rarely go to McDonalds but I’ll make an exception with this place.
