WARNING.!!!!!! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! *Read to the very bottom for a bonus of my most recent experience. DASHER/CUSTOMER REVIEW: I have NEVER had an even semi-satisfactory experience with this location. Honestly, I don't expect much from "not-at-all fast food" restaurants after 8p. The ice cream machines are always "broken". Service is gawd awful slow. And customer service is all but non-existent. With that said, this McDonald's is one of two locations here in Charlotte that take the cake for the most horrific experiences. One would ask "why do you keep turning". Well as a patron, I No Longer visit here. This was a pick up for someone else. There are trash hotels on both sides of this location, and unless you don't mind an occasional run-in with a local "woman of the night" I suggest you stay away. Stay faaaaaar faaaaaaaaaar away. Come here if you want to....don't say I didn't warn you. I do NOT recommend this location to my worst enemy. Let alone you. So in case you missed the point of this review . . . STAY AWAY.!!!!!!! *(SN: I timed my service just to see how long it would take for me to get the order. Check my photos for a picture of the stopwatch...shameful).

Wow and never again. I lnow its a gamble going to McDonald's but OMG was this the worst. Service was unfriendly and rude, order was wrong (ot was repeated back right but not keyed in nor delivered right), and then to make it worse...they weren't busy at all yet somehow my nuggets were cold, fries were soggy, tasted like old grease and cold and my soda had about 2 ice cubes in it. Just gross and ill starve next time. Worst McDonald's experience ever and that's crazy.

My family has been visiting this McDonald's location for over 20 years whenever we come to Charlotte. During our visit this morning, there was confusion about the restroom access policy. We had already placed an order, but the receipt printer was out of paper, and no one clearly explained that an employee needed to unlock the restroom door. My wife was confronted by several employees before the situation was explained. After finally gaining access, the restroom was in poor condition, with urine on the floor. We were disappointed by both the customer service and the cleanliness of the facility. We hope management will review these concerns and improve the customer experience.

Waited 30 minutes for a sweet tea , rep was not pleasant and finally this location does not give refill on sweet tea. The rep was immensely none caring to the point another customer got into a huge argument. The leader did her best to deescalate, but her only reasoning was local processes aren’t parallel to what we are used to as McDonald customers.

Unfortunately I work nearby and this is the closest McDonalds to me. The service is consistently underwhelming. Everybody has days but I dont understand how the employees are consistently rude. You applied there, you dont have have to work fast food. Unfortunately I also doubt leaving a review will make a change.
