Do something about this new clueless crew already. Orders are incorrect because they choose not to read the order. Half of my order is just sitting getting cold while it takes another 15 minutes for fries with no salt after my order clearly shows extra salt. The night shift sucks. They don’t check the orders. I ordered 20 piece nuggets a large fries on October 20th for dinner. My box contained 12 nuggets and large fry box wasn’t even full. Then they charge for the sauces for nuggets. I’m so sick of this location. My order came up to 11 dollars and change for fries and nuggets. Too damn high of a price for half of my order. And fries were not fresh. They were hard. So done. I’m going on social media to expose this location. After the other reviews I’ve seen, I see why their ratings have dropped drastically to a 2 level. I don’t understand why they are still in business at this point. They don’t care. These young folks working there lack customer skills. They need the proper skill set. Apparently the district manager isn’t looking into this but now I’m gonna find the headquarters phone number for all my negative reviews at this location and hopefully they fix the problems or I’ll just keep posting this location negatively on social media. September 11th at 546pm. I kept trying to get staff attention but they act as if they can’t hear. So I finally yelled at the top of my lungs and they got an attitude. My fries had no salt and I specifically ordered extra salt on them. It’s like they know and see you but they are not being attentive to the customers at the counter. Sub par customer service as always. I miss the old crew. These youngsters don’t care about customer care or service. Please fix or get a corporate call and a YouTube review. This is ridiculous. My quarter pounder looks very bare. I ordered extra toppings on it. It looks terrible. So far now this is the worst location and it’s a 24 hour spot. We spend our hard earned money here. And always having issues here. I used to work for McDonald’s and this spot has no type of organization whatsoever when it comes to their dine in customers. 12 August 2025, 810 pm. Drive thru. I used my app for a deal which consisted of 2 dollar large fries and I also ordered triple cheeseburger. Simple right, wrong. It took forever for this chic to get my order correct due to her not listening just running off at the mouth. Then I get my order no ketchup. Chic gives me 3 packets for a large order of fries. But this is where it gets greasy. I get home and realize my large fries ended up just being a large fry box with minimal French fries. This is not the first time this has happened with this new crew staff. I’m tired of dealing with this. You are robbing customers on a regular basis. Your prices are already higher than normal as is. I’m calling corporate in the morning. Terrible service. This new crew is so bad. Serving raw burgers, toppings on burgers are old. Fries are cold and they can’t even get the drinks correct. Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. I’m sorry but this location is doomed. Get the old crew back because these newbies are screening up big time. They need to leave the weed at home.management allows her young family members vape in the establishment. I explained that I had bronchitis and could they please take it outside. They were very disrespectful to me and management did nothing to uphold the establishment rules here. I really think corporate would love to hear about this experience on April 12,2025. The group closest to the wall. I’m definitely gonna be talking to corporate about this. This is the new crew that has been hired. I have been coming here for years. I didn’t want any problems but they were so disrespectful that I didn’t have a choice but to speak up due to the management not doing anything except saying that it’s families in the restaurant meaning hers.

Its 4:35, I placed my order at 4:01. Waiting here till my number is called. Some homeless lady started vomiting in the bathroom and I can hear it in the lobby. Literally as im typing this, some lady comes next to me as im standing at the counter, keeps yelling for a drink, then rips the fattest burp in my face. Check the cams if you dont believe me 😅 Do not come here. Definitely not a good experience.

Great place to take your Lil family and sit in to eat great servers and cashiers this is a very clean place inside and out and management goes beyond to see that any issues are resolved immediately always smiling faces when I've went in there and lots of people who.are waiting to be a part of ur day to make it better if they can with a smile. Food is great usually hot only once was my fries colder then warm other then that great atmosphere great service and really good food

The store lists all options in the app menu but doesnt have them in store. I dont understand what do they think of us. I ordered fries with seasoning I literally drove 8 miles for the seasoning because the McDonald's near my home doesnt have that option and after I come here all they have to say is they dont have the seasoning so they gonna shove a small fries on my face instead of that. I dont want it. I just want my seasoning or refund but none of it is possible. They wouldnt give a refund nor the app allows you to claim a refund or submit a issue. The staff talks very rudely. Never ever gonna eat from McDonald's again.

Normally I don’t like to come in Mcdonlds I think now I actually come visit inside more the customer service normally suck. Fast forward because today was a very good day so my wife and daughter went inside to get our order the manager Crystal had my baby girl smile so hard I saw all teeth we fight with our daughter all the time about wearing Pigtails apparently this women took the time to compliment my child play with her and just was so kind to her my wife never has a good compliment about the service at this location today I was shocked how she complimented the manager I had to come in and get her name lol I just want to say Thank you Crystal for your service and kind words now my baby wants pigtails daily and more pink
