I ordered my daughter some food. She isn't in the greatest situation. She tries to pick up the food they give her a hard time. I call up there to explain the situation. If I'm explaining the situation and trying to feed my child from Gastonia!!!! You still that's not how it is done. I was upset, I was just trying to feed my child!!!!! With my money from my app!

These people are so amazing!! I look forward to driving through each morning to get my Warren Buffet meal - Egg McMuffin and a Diet Coke 😁 The food is probably the freshest I've ever had at a McDonald's! It's clear that they care and they have a great management team.

Anthony the Assistant Manager is so professional and represents McDonalds remarkably! This is my mothers and I second visit in about 6 months and both times he was courteous, dressed professionally and greeted us with a smile and ensured our food was correct! He deserves a raise and recognition for a job well done!!!

This location is giving Mc’Tudes for free with every order. I tried to order two lattes in the drive thru and the employee asks to clarify my order 4 times. No problem. When I saw there were two small lattes on the display screen, I let her know I wanted two large lattes. That’s when I received some serious attitude. Really?! I’m just making sure my order is right. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. Since when did it become an issue to make sure your order is right? I’ll spend my McDollars somewhere else. 😒😤

Stopped for a frappe on my way home from work , they had me pull to the side , waited 10-12 minutes for 1 large coffee. That's all I ordered. Then they brought a small. Smh shoulda known better and went down a few more exits
