I made an order. I saw the person in the window take an order and return through the window three times. I work as a safety professional and know that is cross contamination. Since I stated the fact they made me sit at the delivery window for over 20 mins. 7 cars have passed. If was not because of my grandson I would have left. Now they brought some one else food and still not my simple Sprite .

Great group of ladies work there. One Spanish lady That's a true bitty. Rest are awesome. Food is absolutely delicious. Especially the Whopper. See if anyone corrects me.

Have had multiple instances where I place an order in the app and they will find reasons to cancel my order once I get there. The managers are not helpful at all and the whole location should just not use mobile orders with how many “issues” they come up with.

Absolutely awful, wait time ridiculous. Customer service FAIL. Ability to multitask FAIL. Food wrong. Just awful

Do I need to say anything? Waiting at the curb for 10 minutes at 830pm and they brought out my bag finally and DID NOT SAY ANYTHING that they were out of McRib buns nor did they apologize. This is what I paid $10 for?!? These are the same people wanting $15/hr? Incredible.
