My husband and I stopped by about 10:00 am today. He wanting to grab coffee, and while waiting for it, asked to use the restroom. The manager rudely just said “no” and walked away. I know this location is typically pretty good with customer service, but there is no reason to be rude to your paying customers.

I’m writing because I’ve given this McDonald’s location multiple chances, and every visit continues to be disappointing. I really do try to be understanding, but there are ongoing issues that make it hard to come back. First, the ice cream is always grainy. This has happened every single time I’ve ordered it, which makes me think the machine isn’t being cleaned or maintained properly. Second, my burgers consistently come with ingredients I ask to be removed. It’s frustrating to double-check my order, clearly request modifications, and still receive something incorrect. This shouldn’t be a repeated issue. Lastly, one of the employees—who I believe is a manager on the night shift—is consistently rude. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy goes a long way, and her attitude makes the experience even worse. I’m not writing this to complain for the sake of it—I genuinely want this location to improve. I hope these concerns are taken seriously, because I’d like to be able to visit without expecting something to go wrong.

The play area feels like an oven (it’s 96°F outside). I asked if the AC was turned off or broken. If I gave the kind of answer I received at my own job, I would have been fired a long time ago. Those young guys completely lack empathy for the customer.

This McDonald's has 2 spaces that can be booked by reservation. One space is the kids' playground. The theme is safari. There's a beautiful image running along the wall. The next room is small with tables and chairs for a meeting. McDonald's doesn't have a lot of foot track.

Lot's of green areas, Lot's of fun. Lot's of trees keep the almost half mile long walking trail shady and fresh even during hot and sunny days. The playground is nice and well taken care of. There's even two charcoal grills. In addition, there are 3 tennis courts and 1 baseball park. The only downside is the bathrooms, although they are litter free, they have graffiti on the walls and doors. In addition, the male bathroom reeks of urine and the floors are wet. Overall is a great place for fun and to stay active as long as a trip to the bathroom is not required.
