Feb 12 2026 at 4:20 so management can figure who this was but the young Hispanic lady behind the counter ( a teenager) no name tag. Was extremely rude.. I'm a school teacher and I wanted to buy some Happy meal toys but I didn't want to buy duplicates of things that already had... So I wanted to know which ones they had available. She stood right there complaining to someone else right in front of me "she wants me to take over there to see which ones they've got"( pure lazy 😔 )and the guy said right in front of me ( I guess they didn't know I was listening)just tell her you have two of them ..they went busy and had no other customers in the whole place ...... That's just plain awful... And unprofessional and very lazy all she had to do is dig her hand in there a couple of times and pull out some to show me what she had! These kids these days have no customer service skills.

One drive thru lane serves customers before 6:30. It doesn't move as swift as it should but the orders are correct. Be watchful of vehicles entering and exiting as well as customers walking between vehicles in parking area. It's dark this time of morning and McDonald's lights are not on.

I ordered the freshest Panda Express ever, but I'm like, "well, let's save some on the soda". Very fresh food, and the Diet Coke was perfect. The two cookies? Succulent. Thanks y'all. Made the meal, made my day!

7:12 pm. I made a purchase at the drive-thru: a kids' Happy Meal with drinks, a burger combo with drinks, and a strawberry shake—$16 total. There were no cars ahead of me in line. I paid for my order and waited about four minutes for my food. When the person opened the window to give me my food, I asked them to please add another strawberry shake. The person told me to go back inside McDonald's to place another order since there was a car behind me. When I went back into the drive-thru line, I realized there were no cars in line—neither for orders nor for deliveries. It was unnecessary to make me go back inside McDonald's. I told the person who made me go back inside that she did it simply to waste my time. A strawberry shake only takes about 10 seconds to prepare. She told me she was the manager and that she already had my drink in her hand. She said she had many Cars behind me... I believe that a person who provides customer service shouldn't treat a customer like that, even if she's the manager of the place... I understand when a store is very busy, but that wasn't the case here; the place was completely empty.

Disrespectful staff that does not pay attention. They would rather spend time talking with each other than focus on the customers orders. There wasn't even anyone at the register for 5 or minutes to assist customers. One of the ladies behind the counter was so rude when it was brought to her attention that I was waiting for my online order. I had to politely interrupt their personal conversation, which is probably why she was mad. After I had finally left, I realized they forgot an item that I ordered.. Horrible experience. They need to focus more and conversate less when customers are wating
