Stopped here for breakfast on my way to work and ordered nothing more than a sandwich and a coffee. Despite being the only car in the drive-thru and the restaurant not being busy, I was told to pull into a curbside pickup spot and wait for my order. That completely defeats the purpose of fast food. People stop at McDonald's on their way to work because it's supposed to be quick and convenient. If I have to park and wait for a basic breakfast order during a slow period, I might as well make breakfast at home or go to a restaurant. This location needs to do a better job of serving customers efficiently.

I go to the drive-through to grab me a Mc Rib pay for my food get to the window they have me pulled to the curb. I sit at the curb for an additional five minutes get my food go home and this is what I get a Mc rib with no sauce a water down Dr Pepper I call to let the manager know that they need to replace my food and she tells me I have to bring it back. I asked her are you giving me gas money take my name I will bring you my receipt and you make it right. Shania was the manager on duty and was not helpful in the least bit. She tells me it is not their policy they have to have the food back so she could not take my name to make the order right?

If I could give zero stars, trust me, I would. Every single time I go through the drive-thru, they mess up my order. Today was a perfect example. I placed my order, paid, and drove away—only to realize I had the wrong food in my bag. So I had to turn around and drive back. Such an inconvenience! When I got back, an employee named Maria completely ignored my concern and brushed me off with a simple 'I’m sorry.' She dismissed me as I tried to explain that my son would now be late for school. Instead of taking accountability, she replied, 'Well, you’re here upset with an attitude!' She showed no consideration for the extra time I had to take because of their lack of communication and poor customer service. On top of that, they didn’t even put a straw in my bag for my drink. These employees need BETTER TRAINING. This is a service-driven job, and they have to do better than this.

This McDonalds is great! The Christmas decorations are so cute and top notch! The inside was clean and the workers were very thorough cleaning the floors and tables. The cashiers were friendly and the fries and food were fresh! Excellent!

Overall, my experience receiving my food from this McDonald’s I would say would be one of my worst when I receive my order my french fries are cold and soggy. My chicken nuggets are cold and hard my french fries in a very descriptive way I can say they taste old refried and there’s no salt as my spicy McChicken‘s. They are extremely dry extremely cold the lettuce that has been placed upon my chicken my McChicken’s looks to be old and has a very unpleasant taste. I would not recommend any of my friends to order food from this establishment. Thank you. If anyone knows on how I can get a refund on my order, please let me know or if there is a way for me to get a new order fresh from a different establishment if that is possible
