They will pull you for everything. Every morning 5 or 6 cars are pulled forward for simple things. It becomes backed up. Last time I refused to pull forward since there’s simply no room. I ordered an orange dream, they gave me Fanta only. I sat there continuing to tell them what I ordered but the crew isn’t properly trained or speaks fluent enough English to understand so they just pull you. This morning my bacon sandwich had sausage and both burritos did not come with salsa despite being asked. I don’t even know why I try lol

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I paid $21 for my meal, and it was a total mess from start to finish. First, I specifically asked for no onions on my food, and guess what? There were onions on it anyway. Then, when I asked to add another drink, the staff refused to service me, saying they wouldn’t serve me anything extra. How is that even a policy? To top it off, my large fries were not super hot and filled all the way, and I paid for EXTRA fudge—yet, as you can see I’ve attached pictures, they clearly didn’t include it. I’m honestly shocked by the level of carelessness. When we’re paying for extra items, we expect to get what we paid for. I know I have not been the only person to have a bad experience. I typically don’t have many issues at this location but this was …. Terrible I will be filing an appropriate complaint.

Great job saving on your food costs I noticed the hot nuggets on top of the ones that were stone cold.. foods too expensive to come back here and be done like that door code is 65412. Left my tray on the table. Treat your customers better they will clean up after themselves

This McDonald's used to be good until they started hiring all these new people that can't speak English every time I go up here now they mess up my order. They never have any of the promotional foods like the Grinch salt they never had it The K-pop salt they'd never have but they don't tell you they don't have it and when you order it they just give you the food without letting you know that something you ordered wasn't in there. And as soon as you go in there in the daytime the same worker will walk up to you if you're homeless it said you got 30 minutes regardless if you order food or not.

They are occasionally sold out of certain things you might want. You'll get an online confirmation of an order, that will then be canceled, even after being told the order is on its way. I think that's more of a doordash thing though. I have to give them credit. I have gotten occasional free food. Their last hash brown. The last 2 chicken nuggets before they drop a fresh batch.
