Absolutely the worst experience at a McDonald's that we have ever had. Drive thru line had about 8 cars, and no one was being helped. Waited 10 min, and then just drove up to the window to see what was going on. Seemed to be only 2 people working, so they weren't even tending to the drive thru speaker as they should. Told me to go back around and wait, so I did. Once they finally said a word on the speaker 10 minutes later, I gave them my mobile order number. They then told me they didn't have our chicken strips since breakfast starts in 45 min. So, they just gave us a bunch of nuggets, which is not what I ordered. Food was sub par for McDonald's, and Absolutely wil NOT be back to this location. Very unprofessional and dressed like they just came from the streets!

Why Is it every time I order food it takes over 30 minutes to make it. It's also expensive, unhealthy, and borderline illegal that you can raise the prices for delivery plus have a delivery fee. The monopoly game is running and there are items that you could buy with the stickers and they promote this but when you get it, the stickers no longer exist. So you wasted the money to buy a specific product for the chances of winning a fairy tale prize. Everyone of the items in the picture is supposed to have a sticker but only one has a sticker.

Clean Restaurant with Efficient Staff Clean Restaurant with Efficient Staff. I had a business meeting in the area and got a message that they were running about an hour late. I decided to have lunch and since this McDonalds was about five minutes away I decided to have lunch here. The staff was friendly when they greeted me and directed me to the touch screen to order. I did try it and found it easy to use. I ordered a la carte items, coffee, small fries, small nuggets and a McDouble with bacon and cheese. My food came out quickly and the fries were piping hot. My order was correct and the food was as expected. I have now been to this location several times mostly for the McCafe drinks as this is where I wait before my meetings nearby.

I haven't eaten at any McDonald's location in 5 years. Just so happened I had my 3 year old grandson with who wanted a cheeseburger happy meal so I promised him. This is why it's so important to double check your children's food or just cook at home. My immediate thoughts were OMG my baby is going to end up in the hospital. I plan on contacting the Health Department

I had a mobile order (BU72). I ordered a large hot chocolate. I received a large cup of warm milk. No chocolate at all. The rest of the food was fine. Someone make this right
