Hotel McDonalds @ wilson rd in columbus. And was told Drive-thru only. Then why is door open? There was a kid chilling and someone sleeping in the corner. Charging phone.. belongings scattered on the table. Slippers on the floor. Management allows these???????

Order 1270 drive thru 240 pm Wilson rd the guy at the first window wouldn’t talk to me or be respectful because I was white he didn’t want convo ok. Got to the second window low key rude as hell this place spicy chicken sandwich just ungodly messy bun whipped it two peices so much lettuce you can make a subway sub. More importantly the absolute rudeness from employees that when we buy food we keep your paychecks going 2/10 I’m done with mcds haven’t had them in years either kid was hungry so I stopped smh I don’t understand

I just stopped by the location 901 on Wilson rd after doing school drop offs, this is a location that I frequent often sometimes twice a day but definitely multiple times a week. The evening staff are amazing, hard working and even if they're understaffed unnecessarily apologetic. The evening shift manager Is phenomenal! I see her late at night working over often (sorry I dont remember your name) However, this experience this morning was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive through ordered a breakfast burrito and orange juice. I was instructed to pull around. I looked for a total on the screen before pulling around and it wasn't totaled yet. I get to the first window a woman about my mother's age (Debbie) gives me my total with extreme attitude, I of course don't respond to the negative energy immediately, I get it. I to work in the food and beverage industry and always take into consideration that you never know what people are going through. I proceed to grab the bills from my wallet and look for the exact change in my console. She immediately yanks open the window and yells to me "do you want me to cancel your order!" I respond "I'm just grabbing the change you didn't give me a total at the speaker" she responds " I didn't take your order! the total was on the screen and were busy!" I respond "the total wasn't on the screen I was instructed to pull around and you didn't even give me time to get the money to you before you immediately asked to cancel my order ". She starts yelling and says "I will cancel your order" I ask for her name she yells Debbie! What's yours? I tell her my name isn't important, because I'm not the one being unprofessional and rude at my job threatening to cancel orders and arguing with customers completely unwarranted. I pay she yells some things about next time canceling my order and slams the window. I pull to the next window ask for management and let Amber the manager on duty know what took place and told her I wanted to place a review. (which by the way I have NEVER done ever) and that I come here all the time and how shocked I was to be treated this way. In the middle of Amber being very kind and helpful Debbie approaches and starts arguing with me through the second window. I let Amber know I would just like a refund and I couldn't believe that an employee was behaving in that manner. Amber shut the window to get my refund and I could hear Debbie yelling through the closed window about me, irate at her superior just blatant disrespect. I was in complete disbelief. Amber returns to the window with my refund apologetic and gives me the information to place a complaint. I called and didn't receive an answer. Under no circumstance is it ever ok to treat customers like that. I'm still in shock under no circumstances does McDonald's a corporation of that magnitude desperately need help to the point they should be excepting this behavior. I am beyond disappointed.I've been coming to this location for year's and it's the closest location to my house. I really hope that this behavior is reprimanded it's very obvious that this was not just someone having a bad day.This is who Debbie is and will clearly continue to be.

Went inside as drive thru was backed up and ordered my meal woth the large shamrock shake paid and everything. I was informed "there is no shake do you want change drink" I said yea ill just take a large sweet tea. I then asked if I was going to be reimbursed for the difference and was told "its only 50cent difference" I said uhm no its about $4 difference then was told "come in morning...tomorrow" Was not given a receipt so I can only imagine if I do go in that I won't get reimbursed which is whatever but the fact that this store just takes extra money and tries to lie is insane. Luckily they have a lot of kitchen equipment that breaks down im sure they'll uh...lose a few extra parts that mysteriously broke 😁

I really like MacDonald about their cleanliness. At some point I waited a bit to get served, but I understood because of the number of customers they had to serve at the same time. They are quick regardless of the number of customers.
