Service is pretty quick but the price is getting out of hand. Why has cheap crappy fast food become just as expensive as a steak house? $10 for 3 chicken tenders which is about 1/3 of a single chicken breast and to top it off they werent hot and i think i chipped a tooth on the second bite. I don't know how the CEO of mcdonalds can sleep at night....

I wanted to sit down and enjoy my hot meal on my lunch break but I did notice the people that was sitting inside they was just in there trying to keep warm buying time until they got tired of sitting there there was no food on there it took almost 5 minutes before I got my food and I turned around and I realized that he was not eating at all I felt a little uncomfortable sitting down because I was not sure if somebody would ask me for money or Descent of their smell will disturb me of my eating so I just got my food in exit out the door...... A week after that I decided to go to the drive-thru instead of going inside I did not want to go through the same thing so Amina drive through waiting to order my food it was very exhausting waiting back time it was my turn to order my food I proceeded to the first window I believe it was almost a full minute after they told me to wait why they take the next order I believe they should have took my money first and then take the next order but I did not want to start nothing I just told myself do not come here again so I got you the second window the people upfront is having a good conversation between themselves because they did not even come my way I seen a couple of them glanced at me so I continue to wait by time they did get to me they told me to go add park my car and wait and they will bring my food to me how about it was more than 5 minutes I had to wait in each time I came to me they had the wrong food so I got tired of waiting and I decided to go inside and tell them hey I've been very patient I still had to wait almost a minute before receiving my food so I decided to leave going back to my job cuz I realized my break is almost over I only have a couple of minutes left I decided to give my food to someone else and I went back to work 🤔😒thanks a lot McDonald's y'all doing a great job😪

Denied access to a locked restroom during a personal emergency because I did not make a purchase. I understand locking the restrooms and controlling who comes in and out, but you shouldn't out right deny access based on a purchase, I probably spend thousands of dollars a year at McDonalds as a truck driver, and that might be changing after this, what a disgrace.

Just shut it down at this point. Waiting in the drive-thru saying hello for 25 minutes after they took orders in the other line from people who came after you — after they already asked you to hold on. Then they never even came back to take my order at all. Had to drive all the way to a different McDonald’s and wasted my coupon code because they be screening like you’re supposed to have it memorized! The employees clearly don’t care about customer service and don’t want to work. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time I came, they said they were only taking pickup orders. I have never heard of any restaurant doing that. I waited in line for over an hour just to get food I already had to pay for in the app. I will be glad when they shut it down.

I go in the middle of the night mostly and the night manager is the greatest, usually my order is correct and the food is great, here lately my order has been completely wrong, my food was cold and I lost almost $12, I got tired of fighting so I said oh well, its just $12. I'm going to give them another chance because of the night manager, he's that great of a manager. I hope they get it right this time.
