I genuinely would never go to this McDonald’s ever again the people in our disrespectful they charge you for the wrong people‘s order. My order was only $6.58. They charge me $15.50. I didn’t even realize that I paid that much and the people in the McDonald’s they told me that I paid $15.50 then the manager comes up and tells me I only pay $5.50 when I clearly see on my Apple Pay that I paid more than that and then she tries to act like it’s a problem with her, giving me a refund and then was telling me that she’s not gonna help me no more after she only refunded six dollars. That’s how much my order was she didn’t wanna hear me out she had a busted lip. I couldn’t even get the name out of her because she just kept telling me to slap her like at this point you guys do not need to work in fast food if this is how you are addressing people, the other employees that are not Managers should not have to overcompensate for a manager because the manager does not know how to act with customers she does not need to be in customer service she needs to be fired this is not the first time this is about the second time that I’ve came in there and she’s acted the same exact way. It’s very disrespectful.dropping a photo of how much I paid, and the receipts of how many time they had to refund because she didn’t want to help me, it’s truly disgusting and rude

Went through the drive thru to order our food. We got a 6 piece nugget happy meal no apple slices extra fry’s with a sprite. A double quarter pounder meal large with a sprite. $5 meal deal with McDouble. 2 more McDoubles a large fry and 2 large drinks. We get up to the window and pay and we never got a receipt. We pull up to the next window and they hand us the drinks and ask us to pull up. (No problem) We pull up and was sitting there more than 15 minutes. I had my husband go in to get the food cause I felt like they might of forgot about us. There was multiple people inside also waiting on food complaining cause they’d been waiting for 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes of him being inside he comes out with our food. But then had to go back in cause he realized they also forgot the sauce in the happy meal! Then after coming back out my husband noticed they put the fry upside down in the bag where they all fell out. After getting home and getting all the fry’s back into the large boxes both large fry’s were less then half full! Crazy considering how much we pay for them! Also our happy meal we got for our son had a baby fry when we said we wanted the extra fry’s no apple slices! And you want to know how many fry’s where in his box? 3!!! All the buns on our sandwiches where also over cooked and hard! I do not recommend this location at all and we will not be going back to it!

Tried to order from mobile app but they couldn't find my order. Then lady at drive thru refused to help and closed the window on me. Had to pull up to next window where a manager started arguing with me and trying to shove a bag of food at me that I told her I no longer wanted. She refused to refund my money telling me I can request it to be canceled. I explained i had paid with gpay and no way to cancel. She shut the window on me. Finally after a couple minutes someone else refunded the cash to me. Super unprofessional and down right rude!! Food is normally cold at this location but decided to try again and am sorry I did!! Never returning to this McDonald's!! Owners should be mortified how their employees act amd serve the food! I know they wouldn't accept the behavior they showed me if they were somewhere spending their money. If you don't like your job then quit!!!!!

This location is normally really good about giving you everything, but after 4pm it’s like a completely different experience. I only got 4 nuggets in my 6 piece order, a small fry instead of a medium and didn’t get the extra fry in my kids meal. Honestly; only come here for breakfast or lunch.

Waited 40 min to order , lobby closed, the person on drive thru didn't know how to put in reward code or remember how much our order was .... she didn't even have correct total or cash us out .... fries were cold and stale . The only warm food barley was our 4 plain mc doubles the mc fish was mc raw... the other employee had to cash our simple order out and another 9 min wait at 11 p.m. plus it took the lady at drive thru 6 times just to get our order put in rite even though we spoke slow and clearly as people behind us were getting upset 😡.
