Ordered from the app. 20 piece nugget to share with my dog as well as a lg sized arch meal. Wanted sweet and sour and hot honey. Got home with 14 deflated cold nuggets and the wrong sauce. I dont eat hot mustard. Disgusting. The arch burger had such little sauce i couldn't taste it. Tried to call and complain and no one answers the phone.

It was late in the day. I wanted fresh coffee for the morning. I asked the counter person that if I was willing to buy the whole pot, would he make me a fresh one. His response was, "I got you ." He filled 4 large cups for $9.43 and filled a 2nd bag with sugars, creamers, extra cups, & napkins. It was much appreciated.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with NO CHEESE and got a double quarter pounder with cheese. Ordered two UN-SWEET teas and received two sweet teas. Even asked at the window to make sure the tea was unsweetened and was assured it was. As I am diabetic, this is definitely an issue. Food was at least hot.

Courtesy is not within this facility. I have never entered a McDonald's where I was refused restroom privileges. I am older, stopped here after work. I really had to use the restroom and wash up before ordering. I asked for the code and was ignored. Later im told they will get in trouble if they give it out unless you order. I didn't have time to wait, I have medical issues. This is ridiculous! I still ate here, but definitely will not go there again. A gentle man came in after ordering in the drive through and was also refused, he ran back to his car for his receipt. I have never had this issue with any other facility.

Only buy Senior Decaffeinated Coffee. Young lady at windows gave me Coffee that was Luke warm.When trying to explain that Coffee was luke warm she couldn't hear for background and outside noise.She said " don't yell at me. I politely said I'm not yelling you can hear me.Someone else came to.window and helped .I parked and went inside explained to.Manager, he.apologized and gave me fresh hot coffee. I asked him to let her know I wasn't upset or yelling. I hope.and.pray this.young lady doesn't express her frustration to other customers in this manner.
