I rated it well, it’s McDonalds, but I despise having to order from a kiosk. If I choose to order from the app, ok, fine. But if I go in to dine in I want to be able to order from a person at the register. That was not even an option. Other than that food was fine, again, it’s McDonalds. It’s pretty standard across the map.

Going threw drive -threw as i begin to place my order i let the 2nd lane know I couldn’t understand his question could he repeat his self this time he yelled so loud it woke up the baby to start screaming I said since there are some technical difficulties, I was just come to the window when I get to the front window I said good morning sir. Did you take my order back there? He said yes very rudely is that when able to understand what you asked me why did you scream he said ice cream because you said you couldn’t hear me so could you hear me now but what can I do for you? Never gonna place my order it was a rush process with the whole thing kept asking me and what else and that is that all that you’re getting so I made my payment went to the next window and had to speak to a manager. I spoke to her what happened and asked her. How can I complain on this team member? She’s the number is over there. I said I’m sorry I don’t see what you’re saying, and she just kept pointing it over there I spent I’m almost $40 this morning to get horrible service. I know we all have bad days. It’s not a reason we can’t be professional a lot of times I feel like the more training of customer service will be better for poor attitude.

favorite mcdonald’s! food is always hot, fries are crunchy and fresh and the staff are always friendly lovely people. i wish more locations were like this one. i’m about to move across town but ill drive back over for this mcdonald’s specifically 😂

I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. On December 29th around 3:30 PM, I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app. The money was taken out of my account, and I received my order code. When I arrived at the store, the cashier told me I had to pay again. I explained that I already paid through the mobile app and gave him my code. He claimed the order was declined and said I needed to pay, and he was rude about it. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager also insisted I needed to pay again, despite me explaining that the charge had already gone through. She had an attitude and made no effort to actually check or help resolve the situation. I should not be asked to pay twice for the same order, especially when the app already charged my card. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to help was very disappointing.

The night shift workers were all so rude and careless. They laughed because they got my order wrong and they knew it was wrong. The girl told the guy it was a m&m mcflurry and he made it an Oreo then proceeded to add m&m to the ice cream. When I went back for a refund he started talking to his coworker in Spanish as if I didn’t speak Spanish. This is the 3rd mistake they have done and I keep coming back thinking it’ll get better. That was the last time they got my money because clearly they don’t care about service.
