Will not fulfill order placed on app. App will not let me cancel the order. The store cannot cancel the order. Awful experience. UPDATE: tried to give this store a second chance today to get the shamrock shake. 4$ and I got a pre-melted vanilla shake.

I had ordered on the app multiple times, but tonight angered me. I had ordered some food on the app, had already payed, and the food delivery guy was already there, it wasn't until 2 minutes when I was supposed to get my order, I got a notification that my ordered had been canceled. I had called the store, no answer. I called at least 4-5 times. I called customer service on the app and someone explained to me that they might be closed, only for me to drive by 10 minutes later to see that they were open. At this time, its been almost an hour in that locations drive through for my food. Theres only three cars behind us. Also, the Manager that everyone said was rude, still works at this location

Worst mcdonald's ever. Management is extremely rude has no common sense. I ordered online because I travel for work and it's right next to my hotel. They have an uber and delivery window to pick up food. In the past, I go to that window, give them my order number.They make it and say it'll be a few minutes. And they give me my order. But today, a different manager that i've never seen refused to give me my order. He stated that I had to go through the drive through. I told him I don't have a car and then I walked here. He said you have to go through the drive through. I told him I don't feel comfortable standing in line with cars, and he's told me that I still had to go through the drive through. So I walked around and went to the drive through window. That's when he told me I needed a car. I told him earlierI didn't have a car and he told me he could not serve me. Mcdonald's had already collected the money on from my credit card. So I asked for a receipt for a refund. He said it would go back on my card. Never mentioning that I had to cancel the order. It wasn't until another employee started yelling at me through the glass that I had to cancel my order if I wanted my money back after I asked for a second time for a receipt for the Refund or my food. Needless to say, I was going to beat their system. So went back around in line gave my order number to some amazing lady. That helped me out and understood my situation and frustration. She stated that she had issue with the night manager here before too. The employee, not the manager informed me that it's a security policy for them, not to open the window unless i'm an delivery driver. This was after, he'd already opened up the window three times to talk to me. She did not open the window and continue to yell at me through the glass. And told me that I was yelling at her. Well, of course, I felt like I was yelling. I had a barrier between us to communicate, and by this time I was very frustrated with the lack of common sense from the manager. Finally I was able to get my food becuae of the help of a stranger, not mcdonald's understanding the situation. I had to stand around the parking lot with the cars and traffic. No ideal for safety. 😞 Needless to say, this is my last late night trip to this McDonald's location. Received an already bitten sandwich handed directly to me from the overnight manager. My order was also missing other items. He was rude and refused to take accountability as he kept saying "I didn't do that." Well, someone did and it's completely unacceptable. He responded with "next window" then shut the window in my face. He needs to be fired!

The overnight manger is extremely rude, he should not be working there or in any customer service with the way he treats customers, I made a online order and I order sauce which is free and I didn’t receive so I went back and he sat there and tried to make me pay for it even though it’s freee. I’m pregnant and can’t eat my food without sauce.
