This location is TRASH!!! The one star is a lie. I was forced to give them that. The chicken sandwich was thrown in the box very sloppily. The chicken on it was ice cold and hard. The fries were cold and supposed to be a large but as you can see in the pic it wasn’t. I paid $1.00 for 3 gold sauce packs and that went put in the bag. I ordered delivery. Idk if they feel like they can serve you whatever since you’re not in person but this place is ridiculous. People work too hard for their money for the workers here to be serving garbage like this that they wouldn’t eat. Get new workers, new Management or whatever but get it together.

So was there at like 1030 took forever to get my food homeless man sleeping on the bench and then we leave and they forgot one of our burgers, which is fine but then I go to come back in 30 seconds later. The door was locked. There’s like five or six people still in there, but they locked the side door so that I feel trapped and then I would assume that you don’t lock your doors at 10:30 that is like 30 minutes earlier than you close.

Hardly ever have time to sit down inside and eat. Today I ate inside with my daughter. Sat in here for over 30, no other customers, and this mess was never addressed or cleaned. Disappointed ☹️

This is a busy place but the person taking drive thru orders does not have English proficiency and then incorrectly processes orders causing other staff who also do not have business English proficiency to not be able to fill these orders correctly. You as any patron may be asked to pull up and wait in a drive up vs drive thru order situation. I had to ask for my ticket. So I was given part of my order which was cold and was supposed to be hot off the grill. I was told after many questions at the second window and showing this ticket, I was told to pull into a numbered space. I then did not get my order for another 15 minutes. At 10 minutes a person came to my car asking if I ordered this or that item on her tray. And later still then another woman showed up with a greasy bag which I have never seen at McDonald's at all ever and it was stone cold, full of mashed food, including undercooked fries without salt, no ketchup and no napkins, no drink. This is a very good physical location to stop and get a meal. And often they gave specials other shoos do not have and all the Happy Meal Toys per event But I often have seen what happened to me, happen to other people. And if you don't have rewards app, they will not compensate you.Drive thru and take out are not the same. So this below preselected answers are not what the options are.

I went to McDonald's this morning as I have done for the last 3 weeks. I got back to the hospital and took 2 sips from my drink. Then I looked at my cup and I thought it was a large piece of ice, no I really don't know what it was. Looked like a tile from the floor. I went back and they can't even understand what I was saying. They just refunded me my money.
