My food and service was excellent, and I will frequent this establishment. My fries were fresh, and that's such a blessing.

Went to order on the drive thru and they were not alert or responding, so we pull up to the windows and they were ignoring us until we kept shouting and they finally came to the window and said the mic was having problems. Then they said it’s work to go back around and we did. Once we try to place ane order they said if we can please hold and never got back to the speaker. We repeat the same cycle and did not order. I feel as if they are just bull-sitting and avoiding acknowledge any customers.

food was fine. it’s mcdonald’s. nothing special. service was cold and rude. then on top of that, we were in the play area with my daughter and another lady opened the emergency door and the alarm started sounding. the manager took a solid 5 minutes to get in there to turn it off and was all mad at all of us even though my family and i didn’t even do anything. she was very rude to all of us and when we said we didn’t do anything she said “im just saying” with no apology to her reaction. even though the lady who did it was very apologetic, the manager was super rude and just kept saying don’t open that door over and over again. obviously the lady made a mistake, but things happen. no reason for the manager to be rude.

Girl in the drive thru second window was rude. When someone pulls up you should greet them. She didn’t even acknowledge me, and was quick to shut the window before I could even ask for some sauce. If you don’t like your job or working in customer service then find a different job.

07/10/2022 Update: I usually give McDonald's 5 star, but this visit was an absolute horrendous experience. I did a curbside pickup, and waited in car for 30 minutes for a $10 order. I had to go inside to see what was up. After going inside and talking to one of the staff, they finally started on my order. I ended up waiting inside for 5 minutes before my order was ready. If it was too hot or not enough staff to do curbside pickup, they should not have that option available. I do not mind going inside to pick up my food. I do mind waiting for 30+ minutes to pick up a small order. I hope they fix this place up. I always enjoyed coming here, but the staff and experience here has really gone downhill.
