Always super slow at this location. Always make you pull to the side for a simple order. And always out of product. Today no hot mustard. (They was out last time I was here also) about a week ago. Steer clear of this mcdonalds location!

If we've been in one we've been in the mall this one's up with the best of them though. The atmosphere and service was what to be expected for the amount of people that were there but there was no disappointment. Look like a good staff everybody was polite to customers food was served very quickly. Everything was hot and tasted good and there was a cleanliness to it so the machines looked great the soda tasted great. It's one I would continue to go to

The manager is rude I think her name is marecella. The coffee here always taste burnt. The workers do more talking than serving. The kiosk never prints a receipt and then they expect a receipt when you get your food. When they don't fix the kiosk to print receipts.

Im the only person in the dining room. I count 10 employees, I think. Hard to tell since several girls in the back are wearing pajamas. Ordered on mobile and chose table service. Instead of bringing it to my table, they just shouted the table number. I waited and they started shouting my name. I made eye contact and they started pointing at my food on the counter. Fire them and replace them with machines.

We went through the drive thru. They were fast and the food was hot. But no one had smiles and they didn’t seem to have to let any words out other than here is your food.
