The food I ordered was hot and fresh. The staff, I interacted with were friendly and helpful. However, there were 2 separate homeless people using booths as makeshift rest stops to eat their own food items, not bought at McDonald’s, and storing their personal belongings. This made the environment uncomfortable while I ate. I understand situations happen, but I hope the staff can keep a better eye on the dining area so customers can enjoy their meals without being approached for money.

My wife and I ordered two Double Quarter Pounders (nearly $10 each) and were given regular cheeseburgers instead — items that cost around $2.50!!! We couldn’t return because our baby had already passed her bedtime. This is the second time this location has seriously messed up our order. The first time, we assumed it was a one-off mistake and let it go. This time, it’s unacceptable — especially when we’re paying premium prices for premium items. Please train your staff to double-check orders, especially high-value ones in the drive-thru.

Multiple problems with this location. This was just today’s issue: Ordered 3 drinks. Parked in Spot 5. Watched the employee bring the drinks to 2 other cars before mine. When the employee got to my car they asked “is this spot 5?” I don’t mean to be rude and I know numbers are hard for some people but… really? The Dr. Pepper was zero flavor, straight carbonated water. Called to let them know and was hung up on the 5th ring twice in a row. P.S. Don't order dark and expect your food to be correct.

Instructions say store is open 24/7, please do not go through drive thru but doors are locked. Then you get sprayed in the face by sprinklers at the speaker! Do better.

I always get a fettuccine with blackened chicken. It's very spicy but sooo good. They are always so polite. Good place to eat.
