The employees were great. However my order was missing am item. Fortunately the drive thru wasn't busy so I drove back thru and let them know. There was no problem getting my missing food. However, if it had been a busy time, I world not have had time to do that and it works have been a problem.

I ordered 2 hot n spicy for my son. Got 2 mcchicken that were old and hard. Ordered reg mcflurry and got a MINI with NO spoon. Dec 13th at 1115pm The kid at the 1st window had an attitude AND messed up my order. The little girl at the window was equally rude AND messed up my order. This is the worst McDonald's in austin. It would really be nice to be able to GET WHAT IM ORDERING without having to go back, turn around, or correct the people who work here!! Yall need to fire your manger cuz they are hiring idiots Or Are doing a poor job of training them! Either one is ridiculous. The only good thing was the fries were fresh. But that doesn't outweigh the list of mistakes!

I have yet to go to a McDonald's in the past 4 years that gives me honey when I ask for it. Always honey mustard. Every time. Literally. It's not that hard. They're two different things. One has mustard in the name and the other doesn't.

Cathy at the drive thru as well as everyone else has always been kind and helpful every time I stop by. I love picking up a mocha frappe some morning as they are always delicious and made well. And I specifically want to give a shout out to Cathy, who always has such a wonderful bubbly and upbeat, personality that it always makes my morning, especially on the days I really don’t wanna go to work. Thank you Cathy!

Extremely rude black woman with braids yelling at patrons in the drive thru. Serving orders with a grimace, shouting insults and slamming the drive through window. Not to mention EXTREMELY slow with only 3 cars in the drive thru. I'll NEVER patron that hostile store again! Unbelievable some of the worst people in customer service..
