Very sloppy in the presentation of the food and the female and a male management today. Looked at me like they did not care to help me the male. But no worries McDonald's . Me and my money went to eat at Wendy's mmm . The man said that the cheese was a very small slice. The slice looked like you can put it on a cracker lol.

The restaurant was very nice and clean and the manager was very friendly she even went out of way to make sure I had enough money to buy a small French fries for me and my friend because I didn't have that much money on me. She made both of our day joyful because we had just got out of prison a week before so getting to some French fries was amazing for the the first time in years

I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. I had to drive around twice just to place my order, and even then, several mistakes were made. I ordered an unsweetened tea, but I was given the opposite. I also requested specific sauces, but I did not receive the ones I asked for. In addition, some items from my order were missing. One mistake is understandable, but having several in the same order is unacceptable. I hope you can improve your service to avoid this happening again.

Young lady at the drive thru at 230 pm on 6/9 argued with me about the menu. Something that was clearly printed on the menu and that ive ordered many times before she said wasnt an option. And instead of getting clarification from another coworker just proceeded arguing with me about it. I ended up choosing something else to end the interaction but it is wild to me that in a drive thru with a pos system made up of primarily pictures you can still have employees who dont understand their own menu and would rather argue then ask for help. (And just for reference it was a #6a She told me that a #6a didn't exist as a meal and neither did a 6b. Only the 6c. And it has always been like that.) Even tho it is clearly printed on the menu and ive ordered it before many times
