Came to experience the burger that caused the McDonald's CEO to get burgermogged. Pleasantly surprised. Clean, well air conditioned, good music, updated and fresh looking decor. Service is fast and accurate. Big Arch burger was good but expensive and I was still hungry after it and an apple pie. Sadly one of the ordering machines does not give receipts and the patrons exhibit loud behavior doing all their calls and videos out loud. Disrespectful.

How does one rate a McDonald’s these days? Well after you’ve ordered your food and taken out a second mortgage on your house for a big Mac and then discovered that the big Mac taste about the same as the cardboard box that came in somehow I get to feeling that even the bad food doesn’t cover up the bad service. I’ve often wondered when they hire new employees at a McDonald’s, do they take them out back and beat the hell out of them or something? Because they all have the same bad attitude if they looking at me like I should cause their names or something it’s really kind of weird how consistent that attitude is across most every McDonald’s.

The door states dine in 5am - 12am but they have the doors closed at 10pm. One of the back doors was opened, and we managed to get in… the employees started to complain to each other, asking how we got in. The other day I was going through the drive-thru and an employee put my food in a bag and left it right by the window and went away and joined other employees in a birthday party I believe because I saw them getting a piece of cake. So I knocked on the window and this lady came with an attitude asking “what” and I asked for my food, so she grabbed the bag that was right there sitting and handled it to me. This place needs a better management.

The drive thru is two lanes. I was at the speaker in the inside lane for more than 10 minutes with no one taking my order. The outside lane continued to be serviced during this time, and 6 people who arrived after me got serviced while I was still waiting to talk to someone. I pulled up to the window to try and order there, but the lady working the first window wouldn't even open the window and just kept pointing the card reader even though I repeatedly said that wasn't my order. I ended not being able to place an order at all and just had to drive off. Terrible service at this location.

Placed my own order. BigMac no cheese no pickle with extra sauce. BigMac no pickle with extra sauce. Hard order? No extra sauce on either one. How hard is that???
