I really dislike this McDonald’s they always mess our orders up but no the sprite was flat. My son happy meal and his friend happy meal we got didn’t come with the toy and that was the whole reason we got the happy meals. It’s so frustrating, i always tell myself not to go there but sometimes it’s just so convenient to go there.

We ordered from the window. Our food was absolutely horrible. I had a Big Mac with1 hamburger patty, the french fries have been sitting there all day if not the day before along with the burgers. My coke had literally 5 pieces of ice. That food was horrible.

I went there this morning for a coffee through the drive thru and I was extremely grumpy (because it wad the morning after working a 13 hour shift for the first time years) but trying to still be nice because it was no one's fault..but the lady was nice and responsive..she gave good customer service, like I could tell that she was busy and had the drivers talking at her in her ears but despite that she gave good customer service!! Plus the coffee was excellent.

This McDonald's is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I went to the kiosk and added an offer from my phone and when I went to checkout my offer wasn't applied. They also charged me extra for the toppings as where at other McDonald's locations have never done. We have waited at most 30 minutes just waiting for 4 meals. They were all basically the same thing. The employees were rude to me. I hope this review changes the way this location has been judged from my experience and other too. (Plus they forgot our fries.)

I don't go here that often because every time I go, there is a problem. Either with my order, they don't have something on the menu or they're really slow. I went here the other day because my daughter likes their playplace. Most of the tables had crumbs on them, the floor was dirty and the bathroom was dirty too. Before I left we ordered more food for my wife and son who did not come with us. We waited over 15 min for a happy meal and a filet of fish meal. While waiting 2 other customers came in to have their order fixed. I'm not sure I will go to this one again, especially since there is another one about the same distance away in another direction. I will say the employees are polite but they seem to be understaffed
