I’m a dasher and was at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting on someone to help me. No one said anything. After a few more minutes of me saying hello I pulled up to the window and the lady at the window refused to give me the DoorDash order because they said they don’t take orders at the window. So I see the girl in the bath with the hair set on leaning over-the-counter on her phone and the lady at the window had told me that I should’ve just waited at the speaker because they don’t take orders and she’s not gonna give me the food so after more than 10 minutes waiting, I had to leave because it was just a waste of my time. Yall need to do better.

Must have been a baby with bloody diarrhea think my double cheese burger was a toilet. Had mustard and ketchup replaced with mayo but make it not only with the wrong sauces but also left the onion on with I'm allergic. Guess I'll have bloody diarrhea next. My guess is someone else has my correct food but I'll never know. There is also a odd attitude with staff that isn't normal I don't know what the manager done to them but we'll go in and see for like 2 seconds. When a manager or franchise owner was walking about I tried to tell him about the onions but the call was more important. Personal note no refills or mixing drinks.

Food was good. The attitude on the cashier though... it's not my life decisions that put you here. Lol. I'm going to Hell for that, but the fries was hot, that's rare.

The customer service is good, nice, quick and clean for the most part. If my order is wrong or not as fresh as I would like (the fries🥹) they will remake it with no issues or attitude. They do not have a play area but it is a nice size open parking lot that opens to other restaurants and parking lots like Starbucks, Burger King, Panda Express and Popeyes.

Went through the drive through today, and when I got home, 3 items were left off from my order! I called three times and the line kept ringing for a long time until it finally disconnected. The only reason I didn't go back immediately is because we had been in the ER all night and just wanted to eat something quick and go to sleep. It's very upsetting when workers can't get the order right, my kids had to share food instead of having their orders.
