My family has been coming to this location for many, many years sometimes before going to Six Flags. But mostly coming home from Six Flags. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Food never disappoints.

So not only do u give my food to the wrong people twice, making us wait half an hour in the drive thru. But when you do give us our food, you forget one of our items and make everything else wrong too. Usually plain and dry means plain and dry, not filled up to the brim with every condiment available. Usually a chicken sandwich does not mean a second quarter pounder. We never got the fifa cup we asked for either and on top of that we were not the only people who's food got messed up last night.

If any ladies work here. Please I advise to wear a hair net or hair Up! I found a VERRYYYY long hair in my food. And im quite disgusted and concerned about safety protocols!

I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Ismael. He was incredibly attentive, cordial, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. It’s not every day you meet someone who treats customers with such patience and a positive attitude. Ismael made the visit feel welcoming and pleasant, and his excellent customer service truly stood out. Employees like him make a big difference and are the reason customers want to come back. I recently visited this McDonald’s location and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere felt dull and uninviting — there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no sense of customer service. It felt like the staff were simply handing out food and sending you on your way with no effort to engage or make the visit welcoming. The food itself was okay, but it wasn’t as crisp or fresh as it should’ve been. What stood out most, though, was the lack of staffing and attentiveness. It seemed like no one was focused on customer experience, and the overall energy felt unorganized and indifferent. Cleanliness was also an issue. The dining area and surrounding spaces clearly needed attention. Tables weren’t wiped down, floors needed cleaning, and overall it didn’t give the impression of a well-managed or well-maintained restaurant. In the end, the visit felt rushed and overlooked. With better staff engagement, improved cleanliness, and more attention to customer service, this location could be much better — but as of now, it definitely needs work.
