If this is the future of fast food, I'll be eating at home a lot. I'm an old-fashioned guy. I want to talk to a human being when I order. I pay cash. I want to sit at a table and eat like a human being, not livestock in a feed lot. Well, this place is designed to be "efficient", which means eliminating anything remotely like customer service or comfort. Any by the way, there was a survey coupon on my receipt -- but the survey website wouldn't accept the code printed on the receipt. That's one way to avoid getting bad reviews, I guess. There's a much better McDonald's a bit further east on Pioneer Parkway, at Bowen. Even though that one is further from my house, that's where I'll be going when I have a rare hankering for McD's.

I arrived at the Store and all the kiosk was not working I stood at the cashier register for more than 15 minutes and no one came even this saw me multiple times.

This restaurant concept makes it look nice, but not inviting. There’s no outlets for customers to use and charge their devices who may be working while dining.

Came in for a quick bite and drink. The staff, lobby and bathroom is fresh and accommodating. Thank you McDonald's staff for such great service.
