Asked for a 20 piece with a Dr Pepper, they rang me in for a 10. At first when I got to the second window they tried to give me someone else’s order at first. Then they read out an order for a 10 piece with a coke, I told the girl at the counter I asked for a 20 piece with a Dr Pepper. Manager comes over to tell me I was rang in for a 10 piece and I said oh and she proceeded to just walk away and not even offer a solution. I was thinking I was waiting for the manager to come back and I let the girl know at the counter and she started laughing at me and laughing to the manager because apparently the manager was done talking to me even though she offered no resolve to my issue. Then the employee handed me my drink and food and I asked if it was Dr Pepper because she clearly read off coke to me at first and then she said yes it’s Dr Pepper. (Gave slight attitude while doing so) Well I get in the car. It’s not Dr Pepper and the fries are ice cold. Honestly I don’t complain much but will not be disrespected the way that I was. It was very embarrassing and to have them laugh at me made me feel bad for their mess up. Pls do better. And shoutout to the dude taking the orders, he was the only very nice and respectful person there

I stop here generally 3-4 times per week mostly for coffee. It’s hit or miss in terms of quality, but this is just disgusting. Not sure how many hours this coffee has been sitting, but making a new pot in regular intervals should be standard practice. Extremely disappointed.

I want to come here and say the morning crew did a AMAZING job this morning. My coffee was made 10/10 . My sausage egg McMuffin was Eggcellent! Keep up the good work (: I know it was the young group of kids working this shift & they’re all need to be promoted that’s how bomb my breakfast was!

Absolutely ridiculous behavior from one of the employees. I could not get her name, she covered it and then took her name tag off. I simply tried to ask for the rest of the sauce that was clearly on my receipt. She told me that the kiosk doesnt charge for it. I said thats fine, I still want them, I can pay for it. She walked away and got angry when I spoke to the manager. She then started saying she couldn't do her job because "this white lady is recording me". At that point I asked for the Manager again. The Manager (Elena) and shift manager apologized amd tried to calm the situation down. Several other employees then took turns walking away from their work stations to come stare at me while I was trying to speak to the manager to which she then had to tell all of them to mind their own business. The manager did what she could but the racist comment was out of line. I do have a portion of the altercation on video as I still was not given the name of this employee so I could put it in my review.

So when we tell the kind lady at the drive thru they forgot our extra syrup that we paid for I do not need no rude black lady sticking her head out and telling me its in the bag! Last time i checked my eye sight is amazing and also I know how to count. I would not waste my time coming back for a syrup if it was in the bag. Some people really have the nerve.
