Completely unacceptable! I used to work at McDonald’s, so I know none of this is hard to get right. Don’t serve me anything you wouldn’t serve yourself. I should’ve just ordered a medium fry, because this “large” is a joke. And then you put barely a pinch of lettuce on my McChicken? Y’all are really testing my patience. I’m calling corporate. This McDonald’s hasn’t even been open that long and you’re already ruining its reputation.

Went to pick up a mobile order around 2:30am on 9/7. I am leaving this review based on the service I received. Read for further clarification: Apparently their system wasn't working and they refused to let me pick up my order because they had nothing show up in their system. I showed them my order number and even showed them when I made the order and verified that I was at the correct location. I then asked if I would be able to get a refund since they refused to make my order, the manager told me that I had to go through the app. However, the app only tells you to contact the store. (Thanks to whatever issue they were having, I was able to cancel the order when it doesn't usually allow cancellations once you're within a certain range of the store, awaiting the refund currently) I was trying to get food that I had already paid for, but was treated rudely over their systems failure. I rarely eat McDonald's or leave reviews but I was interested in why the rating has been dropping so fast. It was just a 3.7 several months ago. I personally have visited a couple of time and each time was a great experience both food and customers service. It probably depends on the shifts and not the whole staff as a whole.

Dude in blue shirt named Tyree or Ty or Tyrese wtv his name is, is rude to me whenever I’m a customer and whenever I’m on delivery for your guy’s 3rd party delivery system DoorDash. It isn’t fair to the employees inside the store for him to be putting his stress onto others putting tasks on other people. I walked in waited about 5 minutes got looked at 3 different times from him before I was helped, he already helped about 4 cars in the drive thru so I know he had time, it took me asking someone else who was just arriving onto their shift it looks like to see if the order is ready in which she asked Ty if it was ready then he starts flailing his arms around having an attitude clearly overwhelmed with his job putting his stress onto others. After the nice lady gave me the food for my DoorDash delivery, I asked his name she kindly gave it, while he was in the back on his phone supposedly looking for product I finally received my order after waiting an additional 6 minutes “ enough time to write a review and give a name. Someone like that doesn’t need to be working there. Time is 12:40AM to 1:00AM 05/10/2026

They totally ruined for kids treat, and of course my coffee. This is totally leftover coffee bold and cold no flavor, I corrected 3 times what I was ordering and still hand me trash coffee. Better training on taking and making orders would be nice… and no I’m not a Karen, I have worked on fast food as well and I know it can be done a lot better than this
