Just left after ordering 4 cookies (that is 3pc deal +1) and received 2 this is the second time this has happened and I’m quite disappointed in the whole ordeal. They slipped two separate times on the same product and it not cool that my options are too hold up the line to confirm accuracy or just wait until I get home to find out I didn’t receive what I paid for…..

Every time I visit this location and order either 2 or 5 cookies, I end up waiting 30 minutes or more. It’s especially frustrating knowing that the cookies are already prepared and simply need to be warmed before being served. I am honestly tired of dealing with the issues at this location. It feels like every visit comes with a problem—either items are missing from my order, the customer service is poor, or both. Please don’t get me started on the manager in the red shirt today. She saw me waiting for assistance, took another customer’s order , and then left the cashier area. Instead of helping me, she walked around the store and went into the kitchen while I continued to wait for service. As a paying customer, I expect better service, better communication, and more respect for my time. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Went through drive through, and they didn’t have my coffee ready. They told me to pull to the left (where you wait for mobile orders), and I proceeded to spend 5x the time I had in the whole drive through experience waiting for a coffee. Don’t expect fast or good service here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had an issue with my Big Mac order previously and was told to come back for a replacement meal. When I returned, the experience was even worse than the original mistake. The manager, Rosio, treated me like I was trying to scam a free meal instead of honoring what I was told. I explained the situation clearly, but instead of handling it professionally, I was met with attitude and suspicion—especially since Clarice, who originally helped me, no longer works there. And to make things worse, this shift STILL managed to mess up my Big Mac again. I asked for no lettuce—how hard is that? It’s a basic request, and somehow they couldn’t get it right twice. It’s frustrating enough when an order gets messed up, but it’s completely unacceptable to be treated like you’re dishonest while they continue making the same simple mistakes. Customer service here is clearly lacking, and management needs serious improvement. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The food was warm the atmosphere was awful. A man sitting by hisself having a conversation with his self was loud dirty and appeared to be on drugs. Tried to get the managers attention and she was obviously rude and ignored us so did the cashier. I will never go there again. What a disgrace!!
