Worst mcdonald's i have ever visited. I don't know why they take so much time to prepare a burger. Almost 25 minutes! Then ordered large mocha frappe, this time also they didn't gave the food in my table. So many homeless people in this area, they were there inside when I visited.

30 minutes waiting for a stinking burger!!!! Unacceptable. Down the road, open my BURNT chicken, brown lettuce sandwhich! Bad service bad food!! Avoid!!

Tons of people working, no one getting food. Been waiting for 20 minutes and app said food was done long ago. Finally she yelled a name (not mine) and after a minute I went and looked - it was my name! She told me she couldn’t read right now(maybe never?) don’t come here

Might as well shut this location down. I've been really patient in the past because they're clearly understaffed. But i frequently wait up to 10 minutes to even make my order at the drive thru, and then another 10-15 minutes for the food to come out. It's especially bad at breakfast time. This morning the person taking orders at the drive thru skipped the line I was in 4 times. Finally got my order in, paid, and they gave me my coffee. 2 people ahead ofe waiting for their food. They got theirs, then everyone behind me for 15 minutes got theirs. 25 minutes total and all I had was my black coffee. I left because I had to go to work. Guess my breakfast today is the most expensive black coffee ever. Almost hate to make this review because the employees that are actually there are nice, but this location is just a mess. Don't bother with the auto reply to visit customer service, I already did.

Great indoor playground! We go to this location for the play place when it's too cold to play outside. I've never had a problem with the service here, and the food is always just standard mcdonald's.
