Awesome place. I live up the road and I love my McDonald's. Every place has a bad Monday or a bad week or day. But besides that they tear it up when it's busy. The line moves fast. And they get it done. The food is good not under a heat lamp or in a tray in a steamer all day. I run and get me a mcchicken snack wrap spicy ranch and I get it every lunch because it's freshly cooked chicken and it's warm and satisfying without eating me down. Thanks guys. I love my personal McDonald's lol

I visited this location a few weeks ago around 1230am. I knew that the dining room was closed. As I rode up on my bicycle the manager was sitting by the doors smoking. I asked her if I was able to order food online then she could hand me my order thru the window at the drive thru or bring it to the doors for me. She refused and told me I could not get any food because I was on a bicycle. Everyother restaurant in the area has been accommodating and easy to work with to get my food after the dining room has closed. I just go elsewhere. I understand the safety issue that could arise.

This McDonald’s is hands down the worst location I all of CO Springs. The staff is worthless when it comes to taking orders and getting them out promptly. The manager is on an another level of disrespect & disregard. It’s honestly quicker to get out of your car and walk in the go through the drive through. If you have the pleasure of going through the drive through you will wait no less then 10 mins with the employee on the other end saying “give me a min” which I can get. But when this happens every single time without fail it seems a little disingenuous. The manager even stated today that I could go to another location, which I will do moving forward. I get its fast food. But this McDonald’s on Fillmore and Flintridge is next level terrible. If I could give a negative start review I would. I really hope this place get it together as it’s been the go to McDonald’s in the area for years… I will and will continue to recommend different locations. This place just flat out sucks!

I ordered a Spicy McCrispy meal through the drive-thru but was given a completely different meal, a Bacon Quarter Pounder meal. Since I do not eat pork this was very disappointing. The employee who handed me my order, a young woman with black hair and glasses, was not very friendly and came across as having an attitude. However when I returned later on to have the issue corrected, Janelle I believe she said her name was, who was wearing a red hat, was extremely welcoming and helpful. She fixed my order within a few minutes and made sure everything was correct. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service completely turned the experience around.

This is NO PLACE that we should be going to feed our children, or eat ourselves 😷 *I gave the “atmosphere” 3️⃣ star bc of the nostalgia of McDonald’s. ….. It was once a great place to go as a kid but then when I had children, it started going down a hill. 📉 But TODAY!!!! it is not even an option to consider as a fast food option for me, my grown children & even my friends DISREGARD as a realist choice to grab a bite. 🤷🏻‍♀️ McDonald’s has really scarred their reputation with their quality of food, 👀the poor presentation, 👀the absence of Customer Service 👀and the callous regard for healthy eating and nutritious lifestyles.🚫 ⏩️⏩️⏩️I’m not gonna lie…… I stopped by against my better judgment based on the hype on “TikTok” about their SWEET TEA 🥤 + 3️⃣ creamers 🐮 I’ve got to say it almost made me hurl. 🤢 DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE 👎🏼
