I appreciate the team at this location. Our orders are ready and perfect. Yesterday my fries didn’t make the bag…… as I was walking back up to the counter they had my fries in hand. The apologies were genuine. I was not even upset. I also work in the food industry , and know that happens. So just a shout to this amazing team of young people. Thank you see again soon.

Lady who took my order messed it up. When I tried to have it fixed the manager had an attitude. Rolled her eyes at the lady in front of me who simply asked for a lid and straw. Then my daughter went up for napkins. The same manager lady looked at her with an irritated look then walked away. Then came back like 5 minutes later.

I wish I could give this place a negative review. To start off you have to order at the kiosk or online, or wait at LEAST 5 minutes for someone to notice you and come to the register. The kiosk has the option for points, but is unable to scan your phone, and would not let me log in, nor did I get a receipt to try and do it manually. Then I was expected to know my order was ready by a number I didn’t know and hadn’t ever seen because I DID NOT GET A RECEIPT. Then when I went to grab a straw and napkins because neither were put in my bag, I realized that you don’t even have the option for that because they have random pictures on the counter that used to have all the drinks, napkins, and sauces. So I had to wait the 5 minutes at the counter just to get something that should’ve been included in my to go bag, especially the straw with my drink. Awful place, I plan to never have to return

Reply to corporate robot response 4/20/2026: I HAVE SUBMITTED FEEDBACK NUMEROUS TIMES. I have mentioned it in surveys you send out. You don’t look into anything. You do not care. It’s literally just this McDonalds that the app doesn’t allow no ice. It’s intentional. ————— Review 4/20/2026 McDonald’s pushing and doing mobile orders is so amazing The fact that THIS LOCATION doesn’t let you do no ice while ALL OTHER LOCATIONS do tells me it’s the one who runs this specific business and it’s so annoying And when I ask the person at the first speaker if my mobile order drink can have no ice and the backlash is that they can’t change mobile orders? Like… go ask your coworker who’s 10 feet away to not put ice in the cup. Absolutely no common core skills? Let alone no customer service. And no, it’s not “a big deal.” It’s quite a small problem and I gladly go without ordering a lot of the time solely due to an easy process with a stupid bottleneck. It’s that easy.

Very slooooowww service. They are good at ignoring indoor customers even when they are not very busy. It's very clean. The food is typically good, I order coffee mostly - had a few bad days but it's improving, now to eliminate all the coffee grounds that keep ending up at the bottom of my cup. Very stingy with napkins, I have allergies. They don't have any of the basics out like sugar, salt & pepper, creamers, and basic NAPKINS. Now that's just ridiculous. Sass tinged with a lack of respect mgr.
