Dining experience is quite awful...they definitely emphasize the drive thru... cause it's just few tables and chairs...no customer service...I had to flag someone in the back to get something....no place to get more napkins or anything in the dining area..it's just the tables...

Usually I love this location. But if you’re going to charge 20¢ extra for onions (extra) I expect something outside of a little sneeze of onions. Come on guys… I really love this store just kinda sad that this is the quality sometimes

Did a curbside pickup order to save on time. Waited about half an hour before I gave up and walked inside. They said they forgot about me. Even after walking in, it still took another 10 minutes. I got my food, went to my car, decided to check my food just in case and they gave me the wrong order. Went back in and waited another 10 minutes before I could finally get a hold of someone and ask them to make the correct order. There was no line and no one at the counter. All in all I waited 45 minutes to get a plain quarter pounder and fries. The cheese wasn't melted at all, but I wasn't going to wait around any longer for the correct order. I just had to reheat my cold food at home. They also interviewed someone while I was waiting and the interview took less than 3 minutes, so I'm not sure that they are getting their staff appropriately, which may contribute to the poor service.

Service is very very poor at night. During the day, I have no issues with my food/service. When I come here past 8, I sit for at least 5 minutes before someone takes my order. Then I sit at the window for even longer. Tonight there were two girls running the place. It looked like one of the employees was making out with a man in the dining area across the counter, which left the other girl running around trying to keep up with orders. They need more employees on the nightshift who do their job well and remain professional

I just spent $16 for a quater pounder w/cheese, fries and a totally undrinkable milkshake that I had to wait in the drive-through over 10 miniutes to get. The burger are so small these days. Haven't been to McD's in years. Won't ever go again. 1st was told shake machine was broke, but then said it was okay. It was not at all okay. Don't usually do reviews either, but this is too much.
