SLOWEST DRIVE-THRU IN THE HISTORY OF FAST FOOD! I ordered through the app just after 11pm, so my only option was to use the drive-thru to pick up my food (I usually grab it from the counter). When I arrived at the drive-thru, the line wasn't all that long, but it took me 27 minutes to move less than four car lengths, and I still wasn't even halfway to the first window. I've never been at a drive-thru this slow in my life. I was trying to buy some hot food to take to the airport with me where I was picking up my wife after she had been flying internationally for over 24 hours. I ended up having to leave the line and abandon my order (that I had already paid for in the app and had no way to get a refund for) because I didn't want to leave my wife waiting for me at the airport. The only positive thing I can say about this drive-thru experience is that at least they didn't have a curb all the way around the drive-thru like some other fast food joints that would have trapped me in and forced me to wait over an hour to get to the window at the rate this place was moving customers. This location really needs to get their act together. If anything, they should have a better night-time system to bring food out to customers who order in the app (which wasn't available for this location at the time I ordered).

Ordered a frozen drink and a frappe for curbside pickup. The frappe machine was not working so they gave me a smoothie instead. When they brought our drinks out to the car they did not bring any straws. She said she would be right back with the straws. She was not. I ended up going inside and getting the straws and she was inside cleaning tables clearly having completely forgotten that drinks should have straws with them.

Not a single thing good. My soda was flat and warm, my fries were cold, the lettuce on my chicken was BAD, I could genuinely smell it from the bag it was horrendous. None of my items were prepared correctly. Asked for no lettuce extra mayo, they gave me lettuce and hardly any mayo. asked for no salt no pickles on the burgers, they removed everything except the ketchup and added salt. It honestly feels deliberate, like the workers are upset that people are eating at their location. Absolutely disgusting, probably the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to and that’s really saying something. I have incredibly low standards especially for fast food but this place is just ridiculously bad.

This McDonald’s is definitely a bit rough. They are surrounded by homeless. We used the ordering kiosk for the first time here because no one was at the front counter. It took us a few extra minutes but was pretty easy to use. I paid and it printed out a blank receipt. I waited 15 minutes before going to the counter to try and figure out where the food was. They were busy and the staff was unsure of their job. Manager was on top constantly telling each person what she needed. As I sat and ate with my children in the lobby we watched homeless people come in and sit and start smoking out of a pipe in the open. It was so awkward. . No one said anything to them. The food was hot and fresh but still…. McDonald’s is just not what it use to be.

I ordered online and rolled up on an electric scooter, I haven't ordered from there before, first dont do what I did, literally its so unsafe and its awkward, they were very polite! If I wasnt pulling an all nighter for college, would have never risked it! Thanks!
