Awful service, awful. Wait for 14 minutes in the drive thru wait area to be handed a wrong order. Then to be given the correct items in separate increments over the course of five more minutes. Was given a melting mcflurry. Attention to detail, customer service and quality of items being served needs immediate improvement. 545pm on April 6th. Do better. Lady working tonight, please improve your customer service.

30 min to get 3 grinch meals for dine in. Had to ask 20 minutes later to get drink cups. Wrong size fries. No dipping sauces for 10 PC. Nugget. Give you a ton of pepper salt and sauces when asked for after the fact. Haven't eaten at a McDonald's in over a year. Now I remember why

Constantly order food without mustard, but they routinely screw it up. Today you can tell they realized it and just decided to cover the burger in ketchup. Hope they realize people have mustard allergy and this could cause that person an allergic reaction.

Way to go! This quarter pounder with cheese is the BEST I’ve had at ANY McDonald’s in a REALLY LONG time. Hot. Not over or under done. Just the right amount of onion and ketchup. PERFECT! I needed this today. Thank you, McDonald’s for making my day.

Super disappointed. All we ordered was three large fries with three dipping sauces. Waited a few minutes between paying and getting to the next window, which felt like forever. I was handed a bag splattered with grease. Upon driving out of the drive-through, I opened the bag to lukewarm fries and NO sauces. Nothing tastes worse than fries that are on their way to being cold. And these young people had plenty of time to put the sauces in the bag. The lack of attention to detail is appalling, and we will not be back.
