I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald's. When I first got my order, they forgot multiple items, including my sandwich and my McFlurry. I had to go back in to get the missing food, which was already inconvenient. When they finally gave me my sandwich, it looked like it had mold or something on it, which was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable. I had to go back again for the same order, which should never happen. On top of that, the staff was rude and didn’t seem to care about fixing their mistakes. There was also a woman working at the front who kept slamming the cash register and rolling her eyes at customers, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. What really bothered me was how they treated the front counter worker, who was an older man with hearing aids. I felt bad for him because the other staff members were being rude and impatient instead of helping him out. It was uncomfortable to watch and very unprofessional. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Between the missing items, unsafe-looking food, and poor customer service, I definitely won’t be coming back.

I pay $5.29 on a Large Fry to get the portion size of a small. I asked for sauce aswell, got none. Infested with homeless. This location has been very lacking in service overall. I dont recommend until changes are made.

We come here 1-2 times a week (we go to woven care across the way 2 times weekly) and everyone is so kind. We have never had a problem. If an order is incorrect, it’s promptly fixed with kindness. I appreciate these staff members so much, especially considering my children are neurodivergent and treated like everyone else here. Thank you guys, signed the mom with the crazy kids💕

STOP PARKING CUSTOMERS!! Drive times should accurately reflect the 10-20+ minutes you will have to wait for your order. I came to get an order replaced because I was given the wrong order and waited 20 minutes in my waiting spot before walking inside and see 5-10 orders sitting on the counter getting cold while people waited. What is the point of giving someone a cold meal after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I never receive good service at this location.

I have been coming here for a quick lunch for years. The food is always fresh and most recently I had a super positive interaction! Myesha was super friendly and opened the door for me and offered to grab me a refill on my drink! Above and beyond the call of duty! I really appreciate how I was treated here. It has only reinforced my desire to return again and again! 10/10 will recommend to others!
