Went through the drive thru was told their only excepting online or pick orders only because their short staff and because I asked how long if I I put in a online order it would be told they are refuse service. I understand being g short staff to refuse service because because a question is crazy. I came in at 1130pm on 6/17/24. This lady needs to be fired or written up for attitude

I ordered a sweet tea. With my food this morning. The lady forgot to put it on my order. no big deal people make mistakes. At the second window I asked about my sweet tea instead of saying oh the lady forgot to put it on she immediately got rude and saying “No you didn’t order a sweet tea.” I tried to explain I had specifically asked for one and that I was willing to pay for one if I wasn’t originally charged. she completely cut me off turning away from me mis sentence to confirm this with the first lady. After confirming there was supposed to be a sweet tea. The lady didn’t apologize or even bat an eye. She rudely states rolling her eyes that I will need to drive through the drive through again. I just grabbed my food and left. Who ever this lady was she clearly wasn’t happy to be at work today and it definitely shows in how she treats her customers. They also didn’t use my points I asked for so I paid full price for my meal. This location has always been pleasant until this associate starting working. everyone else if great

Pretty quick and floating above the ocean water. I'd say this fast food restaurant is a good place to go when you want a snack or just food in general. They always got you. The waiting times aren't long as well. Which is very nice in my opinion. So anyways god bless ya'll and go get yourself a big Mac 🙏 ✨️ thats my ultimate and forever favorite 😍 ❤️ 💯👌

Pulled up they had an empty lobby and no one in the drive through so o thought cool this will be fast. Wrong. Ordered a quarter pounder and a happy meal. Got the happy meal when I paid but was told to park for the qtr pounder which is fine cuz they usually make em fresh. 15 minutes and 5 cars of orders go by still nothing so I go in. Entire crew is in the lab by backs to the register just taking about random bs. Stand at the counter for a few minutes before anyone even realized I was there then I tell them I’ve been waiting for an order so he checks order just sitting under a heat lamp not bagged or anything. He bagged it up and gave me an extra fry and apologized then went to yell at a crew member for not running food . None of them had any right to say anything cuz none of them besides the kitchen was doing their jobs. That whole team ain’t worth $8 an hr

Lights on, no professionals home. Either fix your hours on google or be open. Don't waste people's time and gas by being unprofessional. And if some emergency emerged... at least put a sign out. No thanks.
