As a 61 year old woman, I was having trouble ordering with the new kiosk system. The girl behind the counter saw my frustration and very nicely came and showed me how it works. She also helped me understand the app my nephew put on my phone. She showed me that I have many discount offers and several points for free food that I must use soon because they are about to expire. It was so wonderful of her to take her time to explain everything to me. So I must say that the staff goes beyond what is expected, of a fast food establishment, in customer service. The restaurant is always clean. Whenever I'm on there I see the same girl running around clearing and wiping down tables, sweeping or mopping, and serving food with a smile. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The staff bring that into the dining room with their positive, happy attitudes.

I recently visited this McDonald's location at the intersection of Murray and Platte, and it was hands-down the worst fast-food experience of my life. What started as a simple issue with my order quickly escalated into a nightmare thanks to the utterly incompetent and rude staff, led by a manager who clearly has no business being in customer service. I approached the manager to explain the problem calmly and factually, but he immediately denied everything I said without even letting me finish. He kept interrupting me mid-sentence, speaking in this dead, monotone voice that made it seem like he couldn't care less about anything or anyone. The way he looked at me—like I was some insignificant nobody not worth his time—was downright degrading. It felt like he was just going through the motions to dismiss me as fast as possible, with zero empathy or professionalism. But it didn't stop there. The other staff members, including the maintenance guy on shift, jumped in and literally got in my face, aggressively defending the manager and insisting he was right while I was completely wrong. They told me to just "go away" and leave, as if I was the one causing the problem by daring to speak up. It was intimidating and uncalled for—I've never felt so disrespected in a place of business. To make matters worse, the entire crew looked like they hadn't seen a shower or a comb in days. Their hygiene was appalling: uniforms stained and wrinkled, hair unkempt and greasy, and overall just a sloppy, unprofessional appearance that screamed neglect. The maintenance guy who confronted me was the worst— he had these gross, long nose hairs sticking out wildly from his nostrils, like he didn't own a mirror or trimmer. It was disgusting and made me lose any appetite I had left. This McDonald's is a total disaster. The staff's attitude and lack of basic hygiene reflect poorly on the entire brand—it's no wonder places like this give fast food a bad name. I won't be returning, and I urge corporate to investigate and clean house at this location before more customers are treated like garbage. Avoid this spot at all costs!

Food was freshly prepared. Staff and table service was fast and friendly. Kitchen and dining room were clean and well maintined. The night manager, Alex, made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely come back here.

I got the big breakfast, hot cakes biscuits eggs and sausage did not get that sausage is missing no butter no jam for the biscuit not not very happy not impressed you need butter for the hotcakes

The folks here are down to earth! I just came from church and wanted to stop and get the kids a quick bite. I walk in I was surprised at the customer service because employees seemed tired by when I step to the counter the energy shifted and the associates were smiling with genuine care.
