A line for the drive thru leading out the parking lot and *still* cant manage to get a fresh chicken sandwich. How hard is it? Tomatoes are soggy and obviously several hours old and that chicken has been sitting in the warmer for at least the last 45 minutes.

I genuinely believe some of the slowest people in springs work at this mcdonalds. Its always either waiting at the drive thru for like 10 minutes to get an answer (and dont doubt they will skip over you and take the next persons order) but they always miss something in the order and the right amount of change is never given back (missing change) and I say this as someone that used to work at a McDonalds for a year, its really not that hard to do the things they get wrong right. Ive seen the Kardashians work harder.

I’ve been through the drive through 3 times and ordered 2 double hamburgers as part of my order. Every time, I had to pull into a numbered parking spot to wait, only to get home with the order not being correct. On all 3 occasions, I opened the bag before leaving to make sure I received all the items and read the taped on labels, which indicated the hamburgers were indeed double hamburgers. The first time, I had to go in to remind them that I had been waiting over 40 minutes for my drive through order. I was beyond patient and the lobby was full of other disgruntled drivers through customers. Although irritating, I didn’t choose to write a negative review for waiting so long and getting ripped off… I didn’t write a negative review the second time either. Since this is the 3rd time I have gotten ripped off, I’m taking the time to write a review. Upon arriving home, I opened both “double” hamburgers to find only one hamburger patty on each. Obviously, I paid for 2 patties. This has happened 3 out of 3 times, so it’s definitely not a coincidence. Someone is BANKING on drive through customers not returning to complain and get their money back. I will not go back to this store nor recommend anyone go there.

This place needs to be completely overhauled or shut down. This is now the second time I have arrived to this store after ordering a single sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, and I did not receive my item. I always place the order online when I get off I-25 at South Academy. This allows for at least for 5 minutes for the food to be prepared before I arrive. On two separate occasions, the food was not ready upon arrival, and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes before deciding to leave. The last time I paid a visit, I did not even see the order number on the screen. I wanted to ask the manager if she could help me, or what might have possibly happened, but she was too busy berating her employees loudly and in front of other customers. Being a boss myself, I can certainly understand having frustration with subordinates, but you should not dress them down, belittle them, and insult them when they are not around especially in front of paying customers. This place either needs a complete overhaul or to be shut down. If you actually get your food in the expected time, the quality is okay. My theory for what happened is my food got ran out to a curbside pickup, or sent out the drive-thru window.

Yall forget drinks, and free redeem points when ordering for delivery EVERYTIME ( I have 18 screenshots but tried to be understanding because I worked in food before as well ) I was told yall can’t see it by the manager so that’s weird . THEN God forbid you drive through to pick up and pay through the app it’s a LITERAL 20 minute wait with attitude. Then a 7 business day refund. Honestly I don’t blame the workers I BLAME MANAGEMENT. Get it together cause these people working are stressed and so am I. Eating McDonalds shouldn’t be this intense, ew .
