Review: McDonald's (13th Street) The McDonald's on 13th Street delivers exactly what you expect from a fast-food giant: speed and convenience. The dining area is clean, and the staff is generally efficient in processing orders, maintaining the flow even during peak hours. The food, while standard McDonald's fare, is served fresh and hot. If you are looking for a reliable, no-fuss option where the kids will be happy and the service is instant, this location is a solid choice. It's a dependable spot for a budget-friendly, quick, and predictable family meal. A true definition of dependable fast food. The food was delicious. I really enjoy the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. Also, this particular location has the children's play area which is always fun on a hot day; to stay cool and let the children burn energy. This location has lots of outside seating that perhaps could accommodate a pet dog or pet dogs.

Very dirty lobby and floors very dirty in and around fry station and were they bag your food ..stacks of dirty trays sitting on counter were food is supposed to be handed out ..waited almost 20 minutes for 5 items ..staff is friendly and not one employee was just standing around they were working ..but no one was at front counter for almost 10 min when we arrived to order our food ..order was correct though ..please give more attention to the cleanliness of this store ..because the food is good from here ..p.s. trash cans all were over flowing

Imagine pulling up to a window and seeing two workers horse playing and it is 95 degrees out not acknowledging you or anything . You go to the next window they redirect you back to the window no one accepted your payment at you ask for a manager and a manager comes and says go to the other window I told her no let me speak to YOUR manager she says I am I said ok give me your name she says I can’t give you that . And all her workers come to the window Looking at us . Then I said ok (took a photo) and she tried to run away lol . ) another lady come and takes my payment and shoes us away ! lol I’m a Gm at a fast food restaurant. You have to give your name to the customers who ask . If we wanted to leave a good review she would have GLADLY GAVE IT TO US . LOL DONT COME HERE HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCCOUNTABLE AT ALL TIMES !!!

I've lived near this location my whole life. They're usually the best location in terms of getting orders right. But they've been HORRIBLE lately. Whomever is in charge of delivery orders needs fired, genuinely. 4 of 5 orders made for delivery in the past 3 weeks have had items missing. Whether it's sauces, drinks, sides, or even ENTIRE HAPPY MEALS. Do better

I got charged for a deluxe order, and I get a plain cheeseburger and get paid Full Price
