Just got a mcrib today, came with the top bun only the bottom bun was not included at all..... Crazy how bad these places have fallen, Leonard Management of McDonald's doesn't manage anything they can't get a single order correct. If you see Leonard Management in the window for McDonald's just go to another store.

The fact I had a hole in the side of my frappe cup and no napkins in the bag suggests it was intentional. Not a friendly crew on the night shift (2am)... I threw away the whole order. Not playing the bad service game.

I'm not sure why I only got one straw, yet I paid for 2 drinks. I'm a bit confused as to what happened in knowing the difference between beef and chicken. I ordered a chicken big Mac and got a regular big Mac.

New management took over abd this place is shining. Food comes out in time. Youre not waiting 20 to 30 minutes to just a #1 like before. This place has come a long way and now a McDonalds I would definately get food from. Great job!! GOD Bless!!

This McDonald's location does not pay attention to the customers orders I had ordered two cheeseburgers no ketchup or no mustard and instead asked them to add mayonnaise keep the pickles and onions and cheese and they did the complete opposite. On both of the meals that I had ordered a number one and a number nine I had asked them to make it large they had served me with one medium french fry and one large french fry I basically got robbed for what I paid for this is sad management really needs to show their workers how to serve customers the way they order. I have been coming to Mc Donald's since 1983 and there has been a great change from then until now 2026. I will never come back to this location.
