This is sad! All I wanted is a coffee. I stop ordering coffee today because there is no receipt paper and the guy at the counter doesn’t understand his job and the one in the picture is always on his phone. So sad I always have coffee at home but for whatever reason I have been getting coffee at MsDonalds. Better service and fix ur problems.

I got the spicy deluxe sandwich from the app. I got to the store to pick up my food and than went home. Just to see that they gave me a regular sandwich. So I went back again to tell them they gave me the wrong one because I paid extra specifically for the SPICY. I was very very nice about it and I even said thank you for their time. BUT I got home and they gave me ANOTHER REGULAR DELUXE SANDWICH. So I took a nibble to see if I was tripping or not and IT IS DEFINITELY A REGULAR. If they didn’t have the spicy sandwich they could have communicated that instead of just giving me whatever they felt like giving me when I’m the one that spent my money on the food. I will not be back here.

If I could give a zero stars I would. This one used to be my favorite, but the last three times we have ordered we have waited 15 + minutes after using the mobile app, order was wrong, items left out, each town have given my order to another vehicle. Then when I have tried to call manager, I had someone who REFUSED to give me her name multiple times. I tried calling different times to get a general manager, but whoever answers always tells me that the general manager isn't in. The only reason I use them was because what I order in the app is $5 CHEAPER than any other one.

Even though the screen clearly showed that we ordered a Grinch Meal, it had somehow changed to a botmal meal by the time we got to the window. To add to that, the big Mac was thin burned meat and falling apart. The fries were cold.

I order a big breakfast. They gave me everything including the syrup but not the hot cakes. Why? Once I ordered a cheese extra onion. I recieved an onion burger. It was so much onion it was on the outside of the bun. On top of the bun. I guess I asked for it... 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
