It's a McDonald's. The reason for 4 Stars is because half the time they fill your drink when they bring it out. The other half they just bring you an empty cup then you have to get up and fill it. They need to figure it out before they take away the self serve drinks.

I'm gonna be real honest. The food itself is perfectly fine. I can always count on my food being good BUT the cleanliness of the building isn't always well kept. Every time I go into McDonald's. I'm having to waiting awhile before someone comes from the kitchen area to be in the lobby to take my order. They're always doing things in the kitchen area, a lot of talking can be heard. The floor may not be well kept. The tables/chairs are usually dirty. I have to just sit at a table I think I'd the cleanliness. Let me go ahead and ask here when the last time you ever actually saw an employee clean anything was? And I'm not just saying this about this location either, this is consistent with another location I sometimes go to as well. Is fast food really fast food anymore?

Found that smudge white thing in my iced coffee. My first sip of the drink some weird white stuff was in it. I don’t even know what it is. It was so gross and made me almost throw up. First time I’ve been at this restaurant location and will not be back.

I stopped in because I was curious about the Chicken Big Mac. While my picture looks nothing like their advertisements, it was a delicious sandwich. They missed getting the Filet-o-Fish on the center of the bun but I was able to fix that with some incredible ingenuity. The sandwiches and fries were very hot and fresh, exactly what a Friday night splurge was asking for. While the tables and chairs were clean, the floor was quite sticky which is why I removed a star from "Atmosphere".

The food was good. I like the interior. Very cozy and comfortable. Food was fast and delicious. I didn’t like the chocolate milk though. It felt artificial and it was just not good
