I usually don't have any issues with this mcdonalds but last night at approximately 11:30pm I had an incident that left a bad taste in my mouth and honestly makes me not want to return. I had placed a mobile order there and when I got my food everything was correct and fresh. The only thing wrong was that it didn't have any of the sauces I ordered. My mother (she was driving my car) asked for my sauces on my behalf and we were told by the manager she already put the sauces in the bag which I know wasn't true because I was holding my bag with no sauces. She then left for a little bit and when she came back to the window asked what we did with the sauces and accused us of stealing them (idk how you can steal free sauces). She then handed us a single sauce and stated the meal only comes with one which I understand which is why I ordered 3 more on the side (recipt attached). She refused to give me the rest of my sauces so my mom demanded a refund which I got but I feel like it never should've came to that because 1I genuinely didn't get the sauces and 2 they are free anyways and 3 Its not like I was asking for extra sauces out of nowhere I literally ordered them. So I was left with the drinks which the straws weren't in the bag either and were never handed to us. Thankfully I have dashcam footage of the incident so I will be making a report but its sad I no longer feel comfortable going to one of my go to spots.

Came in for a quick lunch and had a pretty decent experience. The food was fresh, fries were hot, and my burger was made right with no missing toppings which doesnt always happen everywhere. Staff at the counter were polite and got the line moving fast. Place looked clean and tables were wiped down. It can get busy around lunch time, but they handled it well. Prices are still reasonable if you just want something quick and easy. Nothing fancy of course, but for fast food it did the job and I’d come back again.

The experience was extremely disappointing and potentially dangerous due to my food allergy. I specifically requested no pickles and no onions on my cheeseburger because I am allergic to onions. When I got home and opened the burger, it was covered in onions. This is a serious issue as onions can trigger an allergic reaction for me. I was fortunate that I noticed before eating it, but this negligence caused me significant stress and made the meal unsafe. Additionally, the Oreo McFlurry I ordered was served as plain vanilla ice cream with no Oreo pieces mixed in at all — it was completely incorrect. The chicken nuggets were also very soggy and seemed undercooked or left sitting too long, making them unappetizing and inedible. I expect much higher standards from McDonald’s, especially when it comes to honoring special requests for allergies and delivering items as described on the menu. This level of carelessness is unacceptable.

Okay, so it's early morning, you're driving to work, and you're starving, right 😯 I get it 😎 well don't you worry because guess what, this McDonald's, at least from what I have experienced, is the quickest drive through experience in all of Omaha! I don't think I've ever had to wait more than three or four minutes in the drive-thru line at the most. And usually it's way less than that! During the pandemic and about I don't know a year after that I would drive over there every morning and get a soda pop and sometimes some breakfast 🥞🍳☕. And it was really fun because even though it was only for a second I would visit with the drive-thru guys and gals and it was always a very pleasant and uplifting experience. And now even though I don't go there as much, when I do I can always be sure that I will have a great experience. I've dined in many times too. And even though all the McDonald's in Omaha I've been to are extremely clean, this one is exceptional! The lighting is really good too by the way. It just really makes you happy to be in there! The seating is really good too. They have both chairs and Booths. My favorite breakfast is a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a diet Dr pepper. And unlike some of the other fast food restaurants McDonald's has honey 🍯 so I always get a packet or two for my morning biscuit.

Got about 75 percent vanilla ice cream and 25 percent actual mcflurry. I also asked for light mayo and ketchup but when I unwrapped my mcchicken it looked like a ketchup bomb went off inside the wrapper. Was basically inedible without making a mess
