The service is always great with friendly people here. But time and time again this is how the large fry is filled. Can’t really tell by the picture but the container is pretty flat and filled half way with old and cold fries. This is becoming a norm. The McDonald’s down the street is beyond horrible so this is our go to. But this is not okay!

Said only ketchup , gave me pickles mustard and ONIONS mind you husband is ALLERGIC to onions not to mention they look like they were SOAKED in onions, did this intentionally because they were about to close. So we couldnt call to complain!

Husband went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude and basically told you what you were ordering instead of really listening and take the order. As much as I hate that we are losing businesses in this area, I totally understand why. Good customer service lacks heavily. Oh and don’t try to call to report because they won’t answer. Go straight to corporate.

If I gotta $1 for every time I had to come back for missing items they'd have to pay me to eat there. The sticker on the wrapper literally says McGriddle, but nope. They only felt like serving sausage biscuits today. At least they remembered the cheese. And the woman in there that look like the manager, she always get a attitude with me like I'm wrong for politely asking for what I paid for. I'm not doing jedi mind tricks making yall forget to double check the order before giving it away, but I might as well be.

Dude the McFlurry is a scam. I ordered a Regular as opposed to a Small and Small cup barely filled to the top. Plus when I am in the drive thru why do I always have to park and have them bring it to me it takes the fast out of fast food.
