The food is Delicious! the service goes up and down depending on the person that is working. It can go from a two star to a four star. The atmosphere is great and I feel comfortable there.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this McDonald's location. I placed a mobile order while inside the restaurant and accidentally added an extra drink. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but the app said the order was already being prepared. I went straight to the counter to explain and request a refund for the extra item. The employee I spoke with flat-out refused to help, did not offer to get a manager, and told me they "can't refund mobile orders," which is simply not true. They were rude and dismissive and made no attempt to resolve the issue. On top of that, my order also had the wrong amount of sauce, which was not corrected. This isn't about a couple of dollars; it's about basic respect and customer service. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to fix an obvious, simple mistake is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I went in and got breakfast. The egg was still raw! That was for my child and what was the worst part you may ask. WE GOT PARKED FOR IT!

every single time i come here they have every car pull up to the curbside spots to wait. this ends up making us wait even longer cus they just take their sweet time. the whole point of drive thru times is to make sure they are getting the orders out quickly and efficiently, but instead they just make everyone pull off to wait 20+ min. this has happened every time i’ve come even for just one meal. simply ridiculous and the workers are super rude too when i was very polite. i understand customer service is rough, i work in it too, but for them to not even be cordial is ridiculous and not professional. mind you they also always have the order messed up too 🤣🤣🤣 this location sucks go to another one!!!

Called 630pm on 12/28/25 spoke w store manager explained i had a mobile order of $46 containing 3 apple pies that were like a carcass time stamp was 1202pm, she acted like I was lying about 3 measly apple pies she said she just got there at 5 and told staff to make new apple pies and told me I have to bring them back. Just wow mcdonalds do better, your staff is your biggest failure!
