Every time I come through drive through my order is messed up fries are cold and the lady who hands me my food always has an attitude I tried to be understanding cuz I work in food and understand it’s literally every time it’s something else. I literally asked for cheese and ketchup only and my drink is watered down

Just left here and we had a big order, we didn't wait long, but before we even left the lot the bag torn open mind you the bag was over stuffed. Then we had to greet them. No hi bye thank until we said it. Shout out to the grill team for getting 6 sandwiches correct. When I called the store there was no answer imagen that. Do better with the customer service.

Most of the time my food is done right but almost every time my fries end up being really greasy or barely filled like the pic

When i was giving my order the girl kept talking over me then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to round up the total on my order. Please make sure your staff understands completely they need to wait until the petson is finished before the start speaking.

Every time I order nuggets the give me a blatantly inadequate amount of sauce. Who is going to use one sweet and sour pack for a 20 piece? This isnt a one time occurrence either, its more often occuring than not.
