I went to drive thru at 4:30 am the screen stated it should Be lunch or dinner . The manager made it clear that it is ok to speak to customers any way she would like. The screen is broken according to them so it only shows dinner. She refused to let me know what the prices were for breakfast. Sincere needs a lot of training or be fired. She does not have good customer service skills

Came to this location with a family member tonight after leaving From downtown….. Order a quarter pounder meal burger with completely raw on the inside and my fries were cold I called the location and tell me you can come back up here and get a new one. I live almost 25 minutes away from this location. I only was my time wasted. I don’t have any dinner for tonight honestly very disappointed

People working overnights need to be replaced. Too slow. Theres two cars. It took 45 min for a hashbrown and an orange juice. Absolutely horrible. I know its mcdonalds and youre not suppose to expect anything, but damn. Yall take 45min to fry hash brown and want a raise. Seriously?

Based on my past few visits, this location feels like it could be managed much better. There seems to be a lack of organization during busy periods, which leads to slower service and unnecessary confusion. The staff appears to be trying, but stronger management and better coordination would make a noticeable difference in the overall customer experience.

Honestly the worst McDonalds. I ordered ahead in the app at 5:15am so I could customize my order and pick it up quickly. I went two days in a row (it’s the only thing open that early) and both times I waited 10 minutes in the drive through for my order. The second time I went through I had to repeat my order to the worker, and then my coffee was almost forgotten along with a straw. They get away with this terrible service because they are the only thing open, but I would consider how hungry you are before you order
